THE INDUSTRY LEADER IN EDUCATION STAFFING
Take control of your career through a flexible schedule that meets your availability with one of Insight's partnering districts.
Substitute Educators & More
Employees of each school district rely heavily on substitute educators, paraprofessionals, and more to keep their classrooms going when emergencies come up and they’re unable to make it to school. That’s what makes substitutes a key part of the educational system. It’s an art and a skill to be able to step into the role of someone else’s shoes each and every day and make that day a success. Through reference materials, trainings, and guidance we try to provide the tools you need on a daily basis to create a fun and informative learning environment for everyone involved.
If a substitute role is not quite what you’re looking for, but you’d still like to be in the classroom on a daily basis, permanent paraprofessional roles might be just what you’re looking for! These opportunities will provide you the stability of being in the same classroom every day and allow you to really develop relationships with the students throughout the course of the year, as well as the lead teacher in the room, and the faculty throughout the rest of the school district. This position is typically working either one on one with a specific student, or assisting the teacher with the entire class filling in gaps whenever he or she needs a bit of extra help.
Non Instructional Jobs
Just because you may not want to be in the classroom doesn’t mean there isn’t a fun and rewarding way to give back to your community and your local school district! Luckily the intricacy of operating a school district involves many behind the scenes positions so that means we have all kinds of positions that are outside of the classroom that you’d be perfect for. These positions have availability in both substitute and permanent capacities, so we can accommodate whatever it is that you’re looking for.
