How & When Do You Get Paid?

Insight employees will receive funds inside their routine direct deposit.

School district employees will receive a check in the mail.

Funds will be received approximately 60 days after the hire date of the person referred

Referral Guidelines

The Watch Period:
The first 45 calendar days after the hire date of the person referred is the watch period
The Person Referred Must:
1
Not have an application on file at the time you refer them

Work a minimum of 5 full days during the watch period
3
Not receive any incident reports and / or disciplinary action during the watch period
4
Not be excluded from any schools during the watch period
Insight Employees Must:
1
Also work 5 full days during the watch period
2
Be employed by Insight at the time of the referral
3
Be employed by Insight at the conclusion the watch period
District Employees Must:
1
Be employed by a district that partners with Insight at the time of the referral
2
Be employed by a district that partners with Insight at the conclusion of the watch period
3
Not exceed $550 per calendar year (1/1 - 12/31)
*If all conditions are met, and the referral program is active at the end of the watch period, the referrer will be compensated $50 approximately 60 days after their referred candidate’s hire date!
